Pre Paid Go Plan

Hello forum,

I don't know if this question has been asked before as I don't have the time to sort through the forum as I would like. I have become very frustrated with the prepaid plan. It seems as though their "monthly" payment is not monthly rather it's a set amount of days.

My prepaid go plan orginally started on the 1st and has slowly shifted towards the middle of the month. You can never get anyone on the phone to talk about it or clearly express why this is happening. In fact I was told by one rep without even looking at my account my due date has always been the same with the go plan.

Though it seems petty, but I feel like I have been lied to about the plan. It's not petty when you get paid certian times of the month and you have to figure out how to go about paying a bill before you even get paid at the risk of losing your phone connection. On that note have considered every month only paying it on the first and letting the phone get dicconnected for the gap everymonth. That way AT&T loses the days in money. Switching to another company that has true monthly seems more of a viable option. It should be a "X" amount of day plan not "monthly plan" Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for any feedback.

If you are on monthly recurring plan, it is every 30 days. If you call in and have them forcefully refresh it then it is 30 days from there. If you let it lapse for a couple days then again it is 30 from that point. Doesnt go by day of the month.
