800 numbers are not going through my phone but works on other service providers
I am trying to dial a tollfree number from my ATT Service and it says Message 6 US01LV which is supposed to mean network congestion. I have tried to call the # dozens of times and different times of the day with no luck. I pick up my house phone on Sprectrum or dial the number through 3CX and I get through no problem. Does this mean AT&T will not allow me to connect to this number? It is now associated with my business, and I hate to have to change service provider because of this issue. The number is 800-873-5353
