Abilene, Texas

The service has been absolutely terrible for 3 months in Abilene, TX. Getting worse by the day it seems. Cannot send texts, takes forever to load, and half the time shows no service. Frustrating for paying so much a month. Fix your towers and service!!

Hello @Kparette, we understand how important it is to have reliable service in this day and age, and we're here to help you.

Let's start with a few troubleshooting steps:

1) Reset your network settings - This will refresh your connection to our network.

Note: Resetting your network settings will clear any connections associated with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices saved on your device, this will need to be added back once the process is completed.

2) Check for outages. (https://www.att.com/outages/)

3) Update your device to the latest software - This will iron out any bugs that may be present.

If the steps above don't work you can look into our troubleshooting tool (https://www.att.com/support/) on our website to help narrow down to an optimal resolution for this case.

Next, you can seek more help by visiting our contact us page. The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page (https://www.att.com/support/contact-us/) and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.  If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

You can reach out to us here if you still need further assistance.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

It’s a whole town issue- not a device issue!

I am a local business owner in Abilene and we’ve had days where all AT&T phones are unable to call my office. We’ve reported it to AT&T with no help. Very frustrating. This has been going on for at least 2 months. Any thing we can do to correct this? Can AT&T get their (Edited per community guidelines) together please
