About the signal coverage in the new factory.

Hi

I'am working in the company of Chinajushiusa. It is a new factory in Richland County, SC. I'm the IT guy responsiable for the factory.

My question is that there is no mobile signal inside our new factory buliding. And also it is so weakly outside. The factory should be 400-500 workers. And we can't use the mobile in our office.

And I want to discuss with some one that AT&T could give us the solution for the coverage problem. Such as a new eNodeB, DAS or small cell solution...

I can't find any support email address in the AT&T website that I can submit the requirement or problem.

I hope I could get a email address  to description the detail information or requirement.

Thanks

Hello @steven_xfshen,

We're happy to help. We'd like to ask a few questions before we proceed. I know you stated you have weak signal outside and no signal inside the building, but can you elaborate the issues you are having with your cellular service? Are your calls going through? Do the calls drop mid-conversation? Is the audio choppy? Are you able to send or receive text messages? Is your data connectivity affected as well?

We look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks for you supporting.

I'm the IT guy for the company.

My colleage can't make a call in the buliding right now. And they can't send the SMS to anyone, also without the data service by LTE network.(Wifi is ready)

I ues another network operator which also with no mobile signal in the building.

We need go outside (50feet) to the parking lot to make the call or SMS.

Thanks
