Are you having another cyber attack?

For the last two days, everyone with att at austal usa has had 400kbs of internet. I was wondering if your tower in Mobile, AL was stolen, or terrorist were hacking your servers again?

I’m pretty sure that if an entire cell tower was stolen, everyone would know and it would be pretty big news. Not only that, a tower not being missing would result in no signal or service, not slowed data. Also, when was the last time that “terrorists” hacked the servers and slowed down service to an area? A more logical explanation is it’s just a component on a tower that needs to be repaired or replaced.
