AT&T callers unable to reach Ring Central phone numbers

At of 3/11 @ 8:00pm we have detected that people using AT&T are unable to reach our Ring Central business phone numbers.  They get a has busy when calling.  Ring Central believes it is a routing problem from AT&T

You’ll have to contact AT&T.

Making a forum post won’t get you direct contact with them.

Makes sense, but I don't have an ATT account so I cannot get through their system.  It is starting to look like it is a route problem.  We are new with RC and just ported our numbers to RC on the 7th.  Its possible this was a problem starting then and I just didn't know it.  There are no public tools that I know of that will let me troubleshoot this and I know no way to get to AT&T without an account.  You would think that the people who ported the numbers and RC who now have the numbers would have a back channel to look at and resolve it.  I reported this issue almost 36hrs ago at this point with no resolve.  I will gladly post the outcome at some point

Hi Andrew, thanks for the response.  The thing is I am not an AT&T customer and do not have an account.  The problem is Our Business is using Ring Central and we are being told by some of our customers who use AT&T that they cannot get through to us and when they call they get a Fast Busy.  RC is saying they are not even seeing the call in their logs and they are saying it is an AT&T problem.  That may or may not be true but I cannot talk to AT&T without an account :(  I don't know how to chase this down???

I appears this issue is not specific to my install.  I am being told that this issue is related to AT&T connection to VoIP solutions in the Cleveland area.

While I was unable to reach an AT&T support representative directly, the issue appears to have been addressed.
