AT&T carriers calls not able to come through on RingCentral lines

We use RingCentral for our business phones and since about 1 pm yesterday, no calls are coming through from customers with AT&T.  Other carriers calls are coming through.  They’re getting a “your call cannot be completed at this time” message.  I’ve seen many posts for this issue but wondered if anyone actually knew what to do to resolve the issue?

This is a customer populated forum. The only response you're going to get from AT&T is to contact them directly.

I have contacted them directly, with my own at&t account as my cell is affected as well but that's the only phone they can troubleshoot, not the mass issue.  They've determined it's a voip routing issue but I have no resolution and am still not receiving business calls from at&t phones.  Seems to be a long occurring problem and I wondered if anyone has actually had the issue resolved and what fixed it.

It's not an account specific issue, however I was only able to report to at&t as account specific.  It's already been reported to at&t to no avail.  It's an issue with all at&t cell phones not being able to call ringcentral phone numbers.  What I'm looking for is an answer from other customers who have experienced this (and they have as I've seen several posts on the matter) and what finally resolved the issue for them so that I might have more info to go on for what I need to do next.  None of the posts I've seen stated what the outcomes were and that is the information I'm looking for.
