There’s no such thing as a plan that ‘boosts signal’. Signal is what it is and it’s provided by local towers.
If signal is poor, try different service provider. T-Mobile and Verizon both offer a free trial with a throwaway number.

You could try to an actual cell booster, which is an electric device which boosts cellular signal. However, it would boost signal for everyone within range of the device, you cannot limit it to just your usage.
