The number I posted is for the Budget Rental Car at Alicante Spain. If I can’t include that number in the post how will anyone be able to see if I i’m dialing it correctly. I have not found anyone within AT&T from the phone store to 611 which just takes you to the business office to sell you something to help. Customer Service is a ancient concept.

How about this 011 34 965 xxx xxx . I have verified this number on the website and in a local office. It either drops or say it can not be connected as dialed. This is a number for a business in the Alacante Spain Airport.

Perhaps you should take the recording you're getting at face value... and that the number you're dialing is not active.  Google provides a different number: area 902 followed by 10 98 08.  This might be a different location, but they might be able to help you.

The forum software doesn't know what the phone number is, whether you're giving a valid number, doxing, advertising for some business, etc.  Thus, the only numbers allowed here are published official numbers for AT&T.  That's not to say that every phone number not fitting that gets caught, but it tries.

It can be called locally from someone residing in spain, so it is a viable number. If you can’t add specific help Please don’t respond.

Where are you trying to make the call from?  Inside of the US?

@Cantcall  if you can't be appreciative of anyone making an attempt to assist you, perhaps you shouldn't post in a forum.

Thank you dwill05, I’m trying to call from Texas to Alacante Spain. The reason I joined the forum is for possible like situations that was resolved. I’m trying to see if there was an option that was found in the settings of the iphone or network account. Since the problem exist with the land line also, I thought it with the network blocking the call. I had someone call locally in Spain to the same number and it connected. They also gave me an alternative number and it didn’t go through. I have the international calling plan on both my landline and mobile phone.
