Cell coverage is gotten horrible

I have contacted customer service numerous time about lose of signal strength in last month. Have done multiple resets to no avail , it's definitely a tower issue and no one really seems to have a clue on how to contact a body to resolve issue. Ready to switch carriers after almost 10 yrs

It may be the phone/plan you are on, but by all means as a customer you have the power to choose the provider that supports your needs best.

Yes prepaid is 2nd tier but I feel like I've gone back in time 20yrs. I'm looking at tower and no dish facing my direction. I'll be switching
