Coverage in South Mountain area, Phoenix,AZ

Anyone else having consistent coverage issues in the South Mountain area of Phoenix, 24th Street and Baseline area?  Wifi calling is a great solution when I'm home, but I seem to have consistent coverage issues in my neighborhood.  We've brought this up to ATT a few times and the solutions work in the short term but then we always seem to be back where we started.  Issues include : dropped calls when driving / walking through neighborhood, apps not connecting - such as to-do list in the grocery store, Target app for pick up.  I frequently find myself having to hop on the store's guest wifi to send a text or make a call.
