Coverage Issues
For some reason the coverage in my area has become so bad I can almost not even use my phone at home. I have gone through the usual steps reaching out to customer service multiple times. They have checked my account, reprovisioned all the phones and nothing has helped. I even tried to get a Microcell and was told sorry we don't offer them any longer (which I really do not understand). I was told to by customer support to use wifi calling, I do not have that option as I have a Google Pixel 2XL. I was then told by customer support that is your issue it's not a "AT&T Certified Device". Unfortunately the two iPhones in the house are having similar issues but not to the degree I am. As you can see below on the map I am "Supposed" to have great coverage. I have also included a screenshot showing I have absolutely NO coverage on my phone. I am at a loss as what to do. I have reached out and am getting nothing to resolve my issues. I have even used the AT&T app “Mark The Spot”. I currently have five phones on my account and hate the thought of having to pull them and port them all to another provider but I am almost to that point!
