Customer service puts me on hold

Customer service puts me on hold for 1.5+hr and I say hello…? Many times and no response, no check in either. I need an issue that needs to be resolved and chat tells me to call customer service. 
how can I get someone to listen to me and help me out!? This has happened 5 times already!
