Damage to my business
For the past two months my phone service has been very shoddy they keep suspending my phone line due to some spam ridiculous (Edited per community guidelines) I finally got that situation fixed but the two months previous my phone only worked for a week this is the phone my clients call me on for work AT&t has cost me thousands and thousands of dollars in Lost work and lost clients how do I hold them responsible for what they did considering they did it under false pretenses I've had my phone line for 5 years never had a problem until 2 months ago I don't call people or spam them I don't have malware on my phone so how do I hold them responsible for nearly destroying my business

read your business contract. If your not on a business account then your probably out of luck.

It's not a business account I'm just starting my business I don't even have enough money to get a business phone yet I've been investing back into my business every dollar I have it's also my personal line I've had other issues as well as just losing money I was on house arrest and they threatened me going back to jail if my parole officer had called one time when it was suspended he would have come and put me back in jail not only that but because they were just suspended any weird (Edited per community guidelines) time I got stranded a few times waiting for somebody to come pick me up and couldn't get a hold of them they have cost me so much stress I had a meltdown in one of their stores
