deadzones everywhere

My data randomly shuts off at the three spots i’m at most. Outside of my house where i’m parked, work, and a local park. Its strange one month it’s fine and the next completely dead.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience dead zones with your mobile data. Let's get the help you need @Caleb412.

Here are some steps you can try:

Check for Service Outages:
Sometimes, temporary outages can affect specific areas. Before assuming it’s a dead zone, check if there’s a known service outage in your location.  Click on the link to check the outages https://www.att.com/outages/
Dead zones can occur due to various factors, including your home environment. Walls, electronic devices, and other obstacles can weaken the signal. Try moving near a window or an area without electronics to improve reception within your home.

Let us know if the above information helped.
