Dropped calls

We live in an area where AT&T has "good coverage" however i can barely make phone calls....they drop ALL THE TIME!!!  In fact, i tried to call AT&T support today and my call dropped after waiting 20 minutes for an agent.  Tried to call three more times and the call wouldn't even connect.  It's super embarrassing and frustrating, especially on business calls.  It's only our cell service...internet is fine.   Before we had 5G, we had a cell booster than you provided us and that solved the problem.  However, when you switched us to 5 G, we got a notice that the booster didn't work with 5G.  I have been with AT&T since my very first cell phone 35 years ago, but I'm to the point of switching to another company because this is ridiculous.  I have one bar....all the time.  I live in a neighborhood of million dollar homes and everyone has the same complaint with AT&T....I'm on the HOA board so I hear about it constantly.  There HAS to be a solution........   Paying as much as I do for cell service I shouldn't have to "move towards a window," "use wifi calling" or sit on my front porch to use my phone.  I don't want a generic answer....I want a solution as the booster was for me before 5G.  Thanks.  I look forward to hearing from you before you lose me and a lot of other customers in my neighborhood.

Your demands will not be met here. This is a customer based forum not a way to reach AT&T. It’s up to YOU to find a provider that works for you. Not the other way around.
