Excessive Data Buffering

For the past two weeks I've been experiencing excessive buffering while streaming movies. I've checked my usage and have NOT even come close to 22G and I'm showing anywhere between zero and two bars. At one point I recieved a message that my connection was reset.

What is going on?

Hi @Fliger

I completely understand how important it is for your phone to use the correct amount of data and not buffer excessively. I am more than happy to assist with this.

If you are using an android phone I am going to suggest clearing the cache on the apps you use to watch streaming movies. If you are using an iPhone I will suggest going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. Since you may also be having a data issue I am going to suggest using our amazing troubleshoot and resolve tool.  You will want to select your device , then select Internet to get to the correct troubleshooting for your issue.

I hope this helps!
