Find my daughters phone?

This is what find my phone is for. Your daughter would have to know her sign in information for her Apple ID or Google account and use it on another device to use find my phone. It will only allocate a device that is still active and connected to a network. 

It will also allow you to put the phone in lost mode. Lost mode will lock the phone so that someone else can't use it. If the phone has been turned off, when it's turned back on lost mode would be activated and the phone will indicate its position if it can.
