Firstnet network showing 300-100 instead of firstnet network

My Firstnet puck is showing a message 300-100 instead of the firstnet network?   

What does that mean?

Just a note - it's based on a specific location -  moving towards the City it will then show FirstNet again.

Is there any reference for the codes?

Sorry,  I'm just asking a simple question -    if there are any quick responses that would be great.

at the moment I don't have the time to sit on a phone tree and explain all the details only to get routed to one person after another.
