Horrible service / reception / speeds lately

I've been experiencing horrible reception around my neighborhood (55044) lately.  My download speeds have been around 0.15mbps download, and I have been dropping calls.  I have lived in this same house for several years with AT&T and have not had any issues whatsoever until recently.  I've reported this to AT&T via 1-800 number, mark the spot app, and also in person at the store.  I've been getting the same canned "The towers are working fine" answer and "You can try wi-fi calling".  I think this is ridiculous!  I live in a large metropolitan area where service should be excellent.  Clearly after reading some of these posts and hearing the same complaints from several of my neighbors, there is something wrong going on here.

I suggest to AT&T that you provide some explanations to people before you start a massive exodus of customers.

Once again with the boilerplate response! I've tried all of that...even according to your map I should be receiving impeccable performance.  The problem is not my location, my device, or my settings.  The problem is with your towers!  I don't know if you are undergoing upgrades, or whatever issues could be causing this, but you cannot explain away the fact that up until a couple months ago I was getting perfectly good service here and now I am not.  I am thoroughly disappointed with the way AT&T seems to be handling these complaints.  Thank god my phone contracts are about to be expired, because I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.  What a joke.

Hey there @Tberry33 we'd be glad to help you with getting connected on our network in the comfort of your own home!

First if you haven't already, lets check for any known outages in your area. Feel free to go online and enter your full address under the wireless section if you're inquiring about a wireless hotspot or phone. For all other services, you'll need to enter your zip code under the AT&T internet section.

Also, we'd like for you to take a moment and utilize our AT&T Wi-Fi Calling feature. With an eligible plan, device and Wi-Fi connecting you have access to this feature at any given time. This feature allows you to be connected to our network without using cellular data.

Let us know if you're still experiencing poor connection in your area!
