How to Report Wireless Outage?

I switched over to wireless home phone and internet last November on a family share plan with two cell phones.  Tonight (while I am at work) my wife informs me that she has no home phone service, internet or cell phone service (zip code 70722) and is even having problems texting me to inform me of this.  Your "support" number is only staffed 7 AM to 10 PM so how, exactly, am I supposed to report this outage in the morning when I am at home with absolutely NO means of communicating???  It would really be nice if you had some means of reporting issues 24/7 even if it is only via email.  Please let me know the status of this outage and how long it is expected to last as I have NO means of communicating while it is ongoing.

Thanks,

William [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]

Hello! @wjnason  Thanks for posting your concerns. Sorry to hear you’ve had service issues at home.  At this time we do not have a contact method other than calling or contacting our chat support. We did have an outage in the area and this has been resolved. If you are still experiencing no service, please power both the wireless home phone and cell phones off for about 1-2 minutes. Once you turn them back on and you should get service. My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Have you looked at the AT&T "Mark the Spot" app on your smartphone? That will allow you to submit problem reports for wireless service. I don't know if it will allow you to submit reports for non-wireless services though.
