When calling my families four cell numbers from a land line it goes fast busy, anyone know who's problem the cell or landline side of AT&T?

We recommend you to run few basic troubleshooting steps outlined below:
a)Check the Phone Line: Check the Phone InsInspect the phone line for any physical damages, such as cuts or kinks. Replace damaged cords or cables if necessary.
b) Try different phones: Try Different PhonePlease use a different landline phone to determine if the issue is specific to the phone itself. If the problem persists, it’s likely a line issue.
c) Check for Call Diversion or Forwarding: Make sure there are no call diversion or forwarding settings active on the landline that might redirect calls elsewhere.
d) Restart Landline Equipment: Sometimes, a simple restart of your landline equipment (phones, modems, routers) can resolve connectivity issues.
