Incoming and Outgoing phone calls constantly breaking up.

I have a one-month-old iPhone 15 Pro and in the last couple of days, even with 2-4 bars of service, every person I have talked to has told me that my call is breaking up or that they cannot hear me at all, even though I can hear them perfectly! Is this a phone problem or a service problem? Anyone else having this issue? For reference, I live in Kirkland WA 98034.

Hey there @mandaysmith,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are here to help you in any way possible. We like to know more on why your phone calls are breaking up!

  • Do you experience the phone call problems while at home, at work, or out in the public?
  • Have you tried connecting your device to Wi-Fi Calling from AT&T (att.com) when making a phone call? If so, does the calls still break up?
  • Have you checked for device software updates to help improve sending/receiving phone calls?

Provide us specific details to help determine what's happening.

We look forward to your reply!

I suddenly started having this same issue. Did you figure out the problem?

I tried turning on Wifi calling, and that didn't help.I did full troublshooting with Google for the pixel phone and that did not help. I even factory reset my phone. In my house using a different wifi platform to call (like messenger) is fine though. My husband on the same plan (totally different phone) is also having this same issue. It is very bad in our house, but also occurs in other areas.

I had to factory reset my phone, but it worked! I would try going into Apple and seeing if there is something wrong with the phone

It's not the phone - I have a Google Pixel and my husband has an iPhone and we are both having issues. I already contacted Google and have factory reset my phone.
