It shows that you will not be charged more than 10 days per bill so if I am traveling for 60 days I would only be charged for 10 days per billing cycle? not for 60 days?

Correct, 10 days per bill cycle. Unless those 60 days matches your bill cycle, you will probably have charges on 3 bills but no more than $100 on any bill.
