My wireless service has been out for 3 days

I live in the Appalachian Mountains and we have no way to connect to the people we need to connect to too survive out here because our service has been out for 3 days now. and like if it were a joke i go to sign into my att account  and they ask to confirm it was me by sending a text message to my phone. Fn (Edited per community guidelines) we have no service how do i get a text message. there is no way for me to sign into my account that i pay almost $300 a month for. we have no idea if the service is ever going to be fixed.
