Network Dead Zone
There is a network dead zone (especially around data) in Vienna, VA (22180). When driving in/around Maple Avenue in downtown Vienna, it is nearly impossible to send or receive text messages, access wireless internet, and even complete phone calls. Is this something that has been evaluated?

All you can call AT&T about it, but it doesn't look like there's been many reports on open signal. Most reports are along the major highway or in Tyson McLean area. Don't see much reported in Vienna. Open signal is an application based on real reports from users
