New sudivision a dead zone in the middle of 5g coverage map

Is there any way to report or get help fixing a dead zone area?  There is a new subdivision in the middle of a highly populated, close to I-35, 5G coverage area.  But this new housing subdivision has very little service for AT&T users. Is there anything that can be done?

Use WiFi calling or switch carriers. Those are the reasonable options.

Cost, time, resources, value for business, Federal and local regulations/zoning, etc. means new towers aren't going up every day. Planning process is long as well. So not really anything can be done to the result you want.
