No cell service at my home
How to get a cell tower in my area to have cell phone service at my home? Is there an email or phone number to contact?

There really is no way. There is no email but you can call and let them know about the lack of signal in your home but it is very unlikely they can or will do anything about it. ATT’s solution for poor coverage in your home is WiFi calling. There is no special number to call, just call the regular customer support number.

Your best bet is to have a home Internet connection with Wi-Fi and use a Wi-Fi calling capable phone.
Cell towers are expensive and won't be installed for a minimal number of homes. There was, for a while, the microcell, but that is obsolete and is replaced by Wi-Fi calling.

Have a phone with WiFi calling or change to a carrier that has service at your home. In reality those are your options. That is unless you want to personally spend the hundreds of thousands or more to build and maintain your own tower.

@JefferMC I took the OP’s post to mean there is a cell tower in the area, how do they get ATT to have it deliver service to their home, not a request for a new cell tower. Either way, as we know ATT doesn’t guarantee coverage at any specific location.
@Juniper There is another potential option, a cellular signal booster.

Fair enough on that interpretation. If there is a tower in the area, just not reaching the home (or inside the home), then a cell booster would be an option to consider.

We live in a small community of approximately 200 people and none of us have cell phone access. We have land where a tower could be put. I am paying on a monthly basis $200 for cell phone, $170 for satellite internet service and $160 a month to have a TV provider. It’s frustrating to pay out that much ($530) when all of it could be covered just by having cell service.

You might want to talk to your State's public utility commission to see if there are some grants or something. There are rural towns in my state that have put up community Internet access, which would be much the same for you.

We don't have access to tool that'll allow us to request your network tower inquiry @bkking8739.
We offer a few suggestions that'll help strengthen your connection:
Try out these resources and let us know how they work out for you.

@ATTHelp please understand if the poster has limited cell service they probably don’t have cable / fios so WiFi calling is simply not an option.

@HopeMcCloud that is not necessarily a reasonable assumption, though it does increase the probability.
