No Cellular Reception at Our House.... Again for YEARS

We have no cellular reception AGAIN at our house. I live in a very populated area of Reno. Five bars is a joke, Calls drop or stall now for our 3rd week now. I cannot even load the Gooogle Homepage. In the past AT&T says its just temporary.... every 4-5 months. They say its upgrading towers, or something every time. I know AT&T is cutting the range of their towers and not telling people and just making people suffer. I have a micro cell which worked great for 6 months and then about a month ago it is not making a difference. I have "M-Cell" showing on my phone, but no data and no cell reception. Restarting everything has made no difference. I know the Microcell needs a 1-2 to boost the signal, but when my phone decides to cut to 0 bars every 5-10 minutes, its clear to me that the cell tower is not broadcasting in our area anymore. This is the case with MY phone, my WIFE'S phone and GUESTS. Additionally, why does my cell phone show 4 or 5 bars most of the time when there is no ACTUAL signal? I have a 5s and my wife is a iphone 4. Guests experience the same issue. IF AT&T cares they will fix this problem and stop blowing smoke. What else can I do...?

Hello EPettyReno,

I recommend contacting customer care about your Microcell, if you had it for less than a year, it should be covered under warranty. Even if there is no service at all, Microcell should still work. It sounds like your phones get a strong signal from it, but the Microcell is not getting online, could be a configuration or possibly a hardware issue.

Thank you,

Dmitriy
