No coverage along route 66

Let me repeat that. There is no coverage along route 66 from Kingman, AZ to the Grand Canyon Cavrans. This anoyes me like crazy. Never would I thought I would have gotten a job in peach springs. but i did. I now work fot the Hualapai Tribe but live in Kingman which is about a 45 minute drive. My coverage is subperb in Kingman, Bullhead City, Mohave county in general. Then it comes to a halt after Valle Vista. Its very disaapointing that there is no coverage out here for a decent size town. I love my iPhone but its just an expensive iPod out here. I am not sure what to do. I talked to the att store in Kingman and they didnt have any real answer but to cancel. I just signed up and now am past that 14 day period. I am so fustrated. Att needs to expand service for being such a large company. It feels like i fall off the face of the earth being so far away with no way to get ahold of my family back home.

I looked at the coverage in that area and I noticed that coverage is bad in that area with Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile. It looks like the closest cell tower is between Haulapai and Antaras. From their it looks like their are none untill you get close to Seligman. I am not sure if this is the exact area but that is what Route 66 goes through if you follow it from Kingman. You can check it out if you look at rootmetrics. IT will show that area in black for all the major carriers. You could use the "Mark the Spot" app from AT&T but i have marked places that have very bad coverage and AT&T has never done anything about it.

Their are other options like using chat and voice calls over wifi, but i am not sure if that area even has LAN lines going through.

Good luck,
