No service on an a Samsung s21 ultra

Phone service went out back and February and has not worked since then. I have spoken on the phone with various people from AT&T to no avail. I have taken the phone to an AT&T shop in person which was no use either. I paid for a new sim card which when put in the phone did not have an effect on the issue at hand. Nobody knows what is wrong and I have been paying for the line for the last few months despite not having service. I do not believe that there is anything wrong with the device because it can text and call perfectly fine with wi-fi. Is there anyone else who has dealt with or is dealing with this problem? I would like to get this fixed ASAP and get my money back for months of no service.

Posted in the wrong forum... ATT Phone forum is for home phone hardwired service (phone connected to either a wall jack or back of an internet gateway) not cellular service.

This does not test the cellular radio or its connection to the antenna.  It does test a lot of other things, including your AT&T account.

If you can make a Wi-Fi call, not a call with data, but an actual Wi-Fi call with AT&t service and your phone says att-wi-fi in your upper notification bar, then there is nothing wrong with the phone or the SIM card.

That sounds like a tower is out.  If a tower is out,  You should also not be the only one affected. Anyone with AT&t service should be affected.  Is that the case?  Are all at&t customers near you out?

Yes?   It's a tower.  Call att and report it.

No?  Just you?   Then it's a phone or SIM or a line issue.   Test sim in another phone.  (The phone would have to be an unlocked phone, or an AT&t phone that's paid off, or an AT&t phone that's on the same account as yours)
