Not getting 5G phone shows as unknown

I have a Galaxy Z Flip3 5G. I had trouble with it a couple of months ago and they sent a replacement, replacement did not work correctly to they sent another. Since then I have not been able to get 5G signals plus it does not show up under mobile networks. I also notice my phone shows up as unknown on my account.

Was the phone replaced under warranty or insurance?

If it was replaced with insurance that's asurion not AT&T and you should contact them again if the phone is defective

Hi @lorilane07gmail,

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs.  This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns.  To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.  If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

I did contact AT&T and I told I was getting 5Ge and she said it was like 5G which I know it is not. My husband has the same phone it actually gets 5G. It is much better. I was on the phone so long I just gave up.
