One phone not working
We have 6 phones on our plan and only 1 phone is not working. Does anyone know why? AT&T is not helping and the website isn't finding anything other than everyone must be on their website because it is real slow.

I am wondering if it depends on the type of phone because we all have an iPhone except for the one not working. That is a Samsung Galaxy.
