Ongoing post-outage phone issues (some major)
Since the outage in February, I continue to have two kind of major issues:
1. Last week: Other people call me, get one ring, and then dead silence. No AT&T voicemail, no on-device iOS voicemail (it's disabled). Just dead air.
2. This week: On phone with other parties, and I break up/they can't hear me. This occurs on WiFi calling and full cellular. "Use more 5G" is disabled (this fails over to WiFi in case of slower speeds and can often false positive/fault)
I've found these are worst when communicating with Verizon customers (carrier <> carrier), but also appears with AT&T.
Just unsure of "how frequently" with AT&T<>AT&T.
To attempt to resolve, I've 1) disabled/enabled WiFi calling; 2) forced WiFi calling; 3) "removed" the eSIM; 4) used Verizon and T-Mobile eSIM's on the phone.

File an FCC complaint online. It's an easy form takes maybe a minute to fill out. Your complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management and someone will contact you. Usually they'll send you an email to start the conversation.
