Outside Allentown, Pennsylvania

Within 10 miles of 7 stores. 2 bars constant on my 1 1/2 yr old S6 Active. Had 2 bars on my iphone (part of reason i switched). I am a customer for around 13 years. Feel like I'm back with Nextel when Sprint bought them out. Think i saw a link to show you my issue. I'll start with your tech store in morning. 3.8 miles from home-what a joke

Hello @Bratsmother,

Having moderate or low signal on your phone can cause problems if you use your phone most of the day. I almost always have my phone with me so I can see where you are coming from! I’ll be glad to help!

I took a look at the area to see if we have any large poor coverage locations and I only saw a couple areas where the service might differ from the surrounding areas. The coverage around Allentown looks to be in good shape. You mentioned you were visiting one of our tech stores; this is an excellent option to get some hands-on troubleshooting completed to get this concern figured out.

Sometimes the SIM card can be causing the signal issues even between phones if you had used the same SIM card from the previous phone. Getting a new sim card for your specific device can help optimize the signal.

If it seems to not be the phone or SIM card related and more towards the towers not pushing the signal to your home, we do offer a signal booster called a MicroCell. You can check it out here for more information.

I hope this helps out with the signal issues!
