Persistent Service Issues in Downtown Manhattan

From my office building in the World Trade Center area in Manhattan, I get phone service that is intermittent at best. I can't refresh my email, app / websites routinely do not load, iMessage rarely works, and phone calls are choppy / drop sporadically, in spite of my iPhone showing full bars of 5G+ or 5G. My data works properly ~10% of the time. I've had this issue across multiple iPhones; all of my coworkers that have AT&T also experience this issue. If anything, it's gotten worse over the past 2 years.

I understand I am in what is likely a densely populated & high traffic area, but to have service this bad in the middle of a global financial center seems inconceivable. A number of my colleagues have switched to Verizon and have zero issues with service in the office. I realize that fixing coverage issues is not a flip of a switch, but will likely be switching if this persists much longer. I can't spend 80%+ of my day without functional service.

Honestly, you may as well switch now.  It’s not likely that AT&T is going to get any better in the near term, if ever.
