Poor cell service - Los Angeles

For last 3-4 months, I've had little to no cell service in my house.  I've reported this on the app and called in 20+ times.  My neighbors did as well.  There is an AT&T tower 4 blocks from my house.  I can only place/receive calls if I switch to wireless calling - this only works 25% of the time and is not clear.  PLEASE HELP.  I have a new iPhone X and  I'm using AT&T Fiber.  Today I went to my neighborhood AT&T store to express my frustration and they suggested I request about a microcell. Please advise.

Microcell no longer exists. If you have an iPhone X you'll need to use WiFi-Calling.

I’m using wireless calling. It is horrible. How about you look into fixing this situation? Seems no one at AT&T is doing anything. Very frustrating…

I agree with you Mate! This is very frustrating. I live in Korea town and it is so darn annoying. I called and was told 3 towers around were down last week. I can't believe  I have a phone data and plan that I can't even really make use of. Why even have it in the first place if I am going to use WiFi calling. I WILL BE SWITCHING TO T-MOBILE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

I live in Mid City and just moved from Verizon to ATT for the 100 gigs deal.  Now I can’t even use my phone to make calls.  I get one bar and then about 20 minutes later no service appears.  Has anyone heard of a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) because this would fit the bill.
