poor cellphone coverage

We live at 4735 Summerlin Place in Longmont, CO. It is located in southwest Longmont near Highway 119 and Airport Road (Somerset Meadows). We have lived here for four years and continue to get poor cellphone coverage, particularly when driving out of the neighborhood. Typically, we have dropped calls but mostly no coverage at all! I know that there is an AT&T cellphone tower at the Vance Brand Airport which is two miles north of us. There may be others as well but they are not giving us the coverage we need. I am on the Somerset Meadows Filing 5 HOA board and have received numerous complaints from homeowners in the neighborhood. Can you please provide better coverage. Would you look into the situation and provide me with some feedback.

Thank you for your time.

@Hosken  This is a public customer populated forum only. Please use the three vertical dots to the right of your post and EDIT out all of your personal information. That is exactly the type of information that scammers/spammers/phishers are looking for. You just left yourself wide open for all kinds of potential issues.

No cellular operator offers 100% coverage in all areas. Coverage areas, signal strength, propagation, etc are all governed by the FCC. AT&T, or any carrier for that matter, can't just flip a switch to increase their signal and reliability in a given area. It is your responsibility to determine which carrier offers the best service and coverage for you. That may take shopping around. Coverage maps, by any carrier, are a bit misleading because they only indicate how far a signal can be detected, not the usability of that signal. So take them with a grain of salt.

Cellular towers, in a lot of cases, are not owned by the carriers. They are leased by the various carriers and quite often are shared. Again, the FCC controls that.
