Poor signal strength indoors...

Hi, I've been an ATT customer for many years (cellular one, cingular, att).  I have a Samsung S9 plus and I live in the Mobile, AL area.  I am a doctor and I work in many different buildings and hospitals and I have zero to poor signal in most buildings.  Others with ATT don't seem to have the same problem.  I use prepaid service.  A. Is there a difference in signal strength between prepaid and your other services? B. Having a top of the line smart phone, is there something wrong with my settings?  C. Is there anything else that could be the problem?  This is interfering with my ability to do my job and I'm thinking about changing services.  Please help. Thank you.

I find it’s pretty common to have poor signal indoors, no matter which carrier used.   But if you have an At&t branded s9, you can use Wifi calling indoors - if Wifi is available that is.
