ATT - i recently switched over from Verizon. Consultant came to my house and was offering $200 visa debit for each line that i bring over. I have a big family so i agreed. Consultant said to wait for a few billing cycles for cards, i have waited and contacted him no answer from phone call or text messages. I reached out to att and they couldn’t help me because i missed the deadline by a few days, and i was never informed about a deadline no email or any type of notice about this, don’t know where to go from here…. Highly disappointed.

A code to redeem to get the cards is sent by email. You probably missed it among all of the other emails when you first opened your account. It's really important to read all of them.
In-house consultants are an entirely separate department. Often not even employees but subcontractors. You're going to have to reach out to whoever set you up and see if they can get you a new code to redeem

I checked my emails thoroughly and ATT customer service rep acknowledged that no emails were sent out… I have emailed, text and called the consultant to no avail. Truly sad Don’t know who to reach out now
