San leandro coverage

I notice last year i started having the wort coverage sometimes not even have any signal. At the beginning i thought it was my phone but i already got a new one and it is the same. Also i already tried the Mark The Spot but it doesn't help at all. Everything is bad my internet is so slow, and a-lot of times i have fall calls most of the time. im thinking on changing to a different carrier, maybe Verizon so im sorry at&t i been your costumer fo about 10 years and this is not fair. Even metro is better than at&t

Hi @pizokk1

Thank you for reaching out to us today. We are always striving to improve our coverage and you can assist us by using the Mark the Spot app in areas where you experience less than ideal coverage. Our tech team uses these pins to help determine where to place new towers. You mentioned that you've already used it but the more reports we get for a particular area, the higher a priority it becomes. If you know any other AT&T customers in the area, having them do this too would also be helpful.

You can keep up with our progress with our coverage map. Using Wifi Calling may also be an option worth looking into. Thank you for being part of the AT&T family.
