service outage STILL affecting 89048 89060
The ongoing, YES ONGOING, service outage from yesterday has been continuous in 89048 / 89060 and still continues NOW! This is ridiculous! When AT&T was a POTS (land-line) service, they had GREAT customer care and outages were typically resolved in a few hours, WORST case! With todays' technology and a distributed network of cell towers, service outages SHOULD be isolated and resolved quickly. We are approaching 24hrs of NO service in these zip codes now. Tim to file complaints with BBB and FCC and let them investigate how AT&T F'ed up. If you want someone who can manage your technical "side of the house" better in these zip codes, contact me. There's HUGE room for improvement.

Neither the FCC or BBB are going to “investigate” anything. If you file a complaint, it just sent to a higher management level of customer service, who, at best, may give you a credit for a day of lost service. The only AT&T response on this forum will be for you to contact them.

Filing a respectful but clear FCC complaint normally triggers ATT to engage with consumers in 2-3 days.
Based on the Feb outage, it might take longer.
