Signal is absent at my new home

Ever since i moved over to my new home i see the ATT signal on my phone as No Service to minimal signal. There is literally no reception at my home. Please provide me a feasible solution.

I had raised this concern with a agent on chat but i am being adviced to buy a cell tower costing $200. Also my friends hear my phone ringing although there is no indication or ring at my end.

Also it would be cheaper to break my contract as it is getting over in a couple of months. Kindly consider this fact too.

If there is no signal at your new home, it is probably best to pay the early termination fee and find a provider that has a signal where your new home is.

No provider guarantees service everywhere so use the one that serves you best.

I understand that is very valid option but as a service provider i expect ATT to provide the cutomer the support atleast till the contract period when they have viable options. Else as a mark of courtesy since they are not able to provide service,  waive the contract breakage fee. I have a valid reason although i would have continued with ATT.

Under the contract, AT&T has to recoup the cost of the subsidized phone, therefore the early termination fee. No company wants to lose money on a transaction. It is not AT&T's fault you moved where there is no signal.

You signed a contract that stipulates that AT&T does not guarantee coverage in all areas. You must abide by your contract.

In a nice world, the company would let you out of your contract, but that is no going to happen.

The below map indicates the signal is good but the reception is not even
moderate. As i had indicated it is nil most times.
