Tracking from a SIM card receipt - missing student

IMG_4963.jpg

We are looking for my nephew, who is a missing college student. Is it possible to determine if this misc paper is linked to a pre-paid sim card or one that came with a phone?  Is it possible to cross-reference to a 16 digit SIM code and use this for tracking purposes?

The screenshot shows a package insert included with all our products which require activations.  It shows how to activate the new device on our website.

SIM cards cannot be tracked on its own.  However, once you plug it into a phone and power it on, both can used for onboard tracking.  You can track devices, either Apple or Android, using online resources.  It must be turned on and connected to the internet to locate.

I hope this information assists you.  Please let us know if you have further questions.
