Yes, international plans are here: https://www.att.com/offers/international-plans/europe-caribbean-country-more.html. If just for a few days, the international day pass is probably your best option.

@sandblaster Wrote a few tips on travel use which I think is handy. When in doubt, turn roaming off or put your phone in airplane mode. You are responsible if you run up charges on another network.
