Trying to report a cell phone outage
We can’t make phone calls or text for about 2 hrs now. It says there isn’t a problem but several other people in our area have issues also. Doesn’t anyone know how to report online since I can’t call?

No, there is no way to report an outage online I’m aware of but it’s really not necessary. ATT closely monitors their network, if there is an outage or degraded tower, they know it even if the outage website does not show any outage.

Everyone in this area used to have 4+ bars inside or outside didn't matter. Now for the last 6 - 8 months it will go from 2 bars to none while you are watching it. And before anyone says it's a problem with the phone, everyone in the area is complaining about the same thing! As for them monitoring, I rather doubt it!! Even went to the local At&t store, all we got was, "sorry." "We have heard several complaints, but nothing we can do". Excellent service, just pay your bill and be thankful
