Utility Pole Repositioning
Needing to speak to someone about vertical and horizontal clearance requirements, and discuss possibly relocating a utility pole for safety concerns. I am a Civil Engineer improving a recycling facilities site access points, and our new access point is very close to an existing utility pole.

That would be on the city or county planning to get who ever owns the pole involved. most of the time att is attached to power poles which would need the power company to move it.

I appreciate the recommendation and will reach out the city. However, this pole has had all three phase electrical lines disconnected, only supporting communication lines, so power company is not involved on this case. Att is the communications provider for the job site, and I am looking for direction to contact someone who could discuss the process of getting this relocated.

Hi there, @tylerpbrown7! We're happy to help get your request for the relocation of that utility pole processed.
So that we can contact our Engineering team on your behalf, we'll need to speak privately. Check the Direct Message inbox in the top right corner of your screen. We'll be sending you a DM shortly and look forward to speaking with you!

It's ridiculous that you have to go through this for such a simple issue...I'd like to file a complaint as well. I want to speak with the manager for this dept., or the director/head manager for that matter.

@Lillian0214
You're trying to communicate with someone in Texas 10 hours ago. Which would have been after business hours.
That's not going to happen on a customer populated community forum on a thread that's over a year old. Call them directly
