Washington DC Service Degradation/loss

Hello,

Over the past couple weeks Washington DC has experienced severe service degradation in areas that were once fantastic. I have lived in the city for 4 years and have not experienced issues until now… my phone constantly now is in either SOS or has 1 bar of service. Is there any information or insight into ongoing issues in the nations capital? Or timelines for restored services?

Areas that I’ve experienced degradation/no service:

Mount Vernon Triangle / Chinatown - lost service where I live. It’s a 14 story building and I’m on the 10th. I’ve also lost it at my gym

On the Metro - from metro center/chinatown down to navy yard and over to rosslyn

Walking around - depending which building I’m in the shadow of, I lose service
