What frequencies does AT&T use in USA
I don't think I have Band 17 on this phone, SM-J327A or J3 2017 as most I'D it.

No band 17 is NOT Good as this web site says.
I have been looking to find on the net what frequencies AT& T is usings. Seems like a simple question without calling the FCC. It seems my SM-J327A does not support all available bands. I have a better connection on the AT&T Network with my SM-P607T . Samsung SM-J327(,) seems like it's more of an international phone. Nevertheless it's a dam good phone and I like it. Yes it has short comings, like a lousy camera, no nfc, and I'm sure I'll find more but for now it's fine. Samsung says it's name is J3 Pop, it has the most advances chipset of any burner phone.

Hi @Mudiver!
This is a great question about frequencies for LTE services, and thanks so much for joining the Community Forums! I would be happy to help.
We do have a few different LTE bands which are used with the network, and we can see if they will work with your J3 Pop. We have a fantastic resource which discussing frequencies with their matching megahertz.
Another great tool for making sure your phone can connect to our network is the data settings for non-AT&T devices article available online. I definitely recommend checking this out when getting the phone all set up.
I hope this information helps, and have a fantastic day!

Band 12 is band 17 now.... Band 12 includes all of the bands that 17 did not since it was a subset of 12
