Wifi Hotspot Location Server Issue
I live in Ohio and ever since I upgraded my plan to the Premium Plan, my hotspot connects to Texas instead of Ohio making my hotspot worse than before. I have a better internet connection in Texas than Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, etc.

Have you tried doing any troubleshooting steps? If not please click this link https://www.att.com/support/wireless/. It’s like having your own personal technical support assistant! Here, choose your device and select Hotspots under Service/network issues. Answer all the questions as accurately as possible to receive the best resolution.
